Central Utah Educational Services (CUES), in partnership with Northeastern Utah Educational Services (NUES), Southeast Educational Service Center (SESC), Southwest Educational Development Center (SEDC), and Southern Utah University is sponsoring an ESL Educator Endorsement Program beginning on August 30, 2022.  All rural educators are eligible to participate.
