207 - Budgets

Budgets and reports will follow guidelines as established:

  1. At the beginning of each fiscal year, CUES will provide to their fiscal agent, Sevier School District, a copy of their approved and adopted budget including individual program and department budgets.
  2. The CUES Director will receive a year-to-date quarterly budget report reflecting financial activity. This report will be generated by the Sevier School District Office based upon budgets approved by the CUES Executive Board for the current fiscal year.
  3. A copy of any approved budget revisions will be forwarded to the designated personnel at Sevier School District offices so that monthly budget reports will be accurate.
